The Construction Department in Les Cayes Haiti is seeking an individual or couple to serve in a construction management role. The construction department - in partnership with the MEBSH church - is one of the longest running programs that HarvestCall has sent missionaries to. Join an established program working alongside Haitian believers, bolstering churches across south Haiti. 

Desired skill sets for this position include: 

• Strong leadership and communication skills to help mentor and disciple Haitians including 8 full time employees. 
• Desire to minister to the Haitians by learning the Creole language and growing in their understanding of Haitian culture.
• While a construction background is not essential, the ability to work with your hands and grow in this area will be needed. 

Candidates should be a member in good standing with the Apostolic Christian Church and be willing to reside in Haiti for a minimum of 4 years.
