Volunteer Housing - Jasper, TX
All volunteers will be staying in the provided dormitory style housing unless you choose to stay in the hotel on campus. If you choose to stay in the hotel, you are responsible for the cost as well as making your own arrangements by calling (409) 379-2737. Those choosing hotel accommodations should relay their intentions to the ministry manager via email - slagelachc@gmail.com – at least two weeks prior to their scheduled arrival date.

East Texas Baptist Encampment in Newton is located approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes NE of Jack Brooks Regional Airport (BPT) which is in Beaumont Texas. We will provide shuttle service from/to this airport only.

Airport/Hotel Shuttle
Transportation will be provided from/to Jack Brooks Regional Airport in Beaumont TX. A HarvestCall shuttle will pick up at 2:15 pm CST on Sunday for transport to East Texas Baptist Encampment.
On Friday afternoon, there will be one shuttle to Jack Brooks Regional Airport (BPT) for the 2:23 flight only. If you are using the shuttle to return to Jack Brooks Regional Airport (BPT) please book the 2:23 return flight! No other shuttle will be going to Jack Brooks Airport or any other airport on Friday.
If you choose to fly out on Saturday you will ride the same shuttle on Friday afternoon that will make the only trip to Jack Brooks Regional Airport. It will make a stop at the MCM Elegante Hotel, 2355 I-10 South Beaumont Texas 77705 (409)842-3600. This will be the only hotel we will be stopping at to drop off volunteers. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport. (BPT)
