Casa Vida y Esperanza is looking for additional help in the coordination and implementation of the horse program at CVE. We are seeking individuals who have experience with horses, a desire to mentor and work with youth, speak Spanish or are willing to learn it, and who are willing to be flexible and take initiative. Applicants should be members of the Apostolic Christian Church who demonstrate the fruit of the spirit. This position could include supervising horse care, working with and mentoring the youth who are stable employees, teaching or assisting with horse classes in the HILOS program and/or riding lessons in the summer. As the position with the horse program would probably not be full time, we are looking for individuals who take initiative and would look for other ways to be involved in supporting the ministry of CVE. Other support roles could include childcare, maintenance of the facilities and landscape, cooking, hosting teams and visitors or bookkeeping.
